Musicologia and former student of Adorno, is dedicated to the anniversary of Adorno’s centenary. Adorno, one of the greatest philosophers of the previous century, offered great deal to the science of musicology. Olympia Psychopedis-Frangou gives an account of the substantial parameters of Adorno’s theory and music aesthetics, and of certain problems concerning the contemporary reception of Adorno worldwide. The text ends with a synoptic biography.
