In “Man and new music” the author attends, in the guise of multiplied aphorisms and with an allusion to Iannis Xenakis, to throw light on various sides of the relationship of modern music and the questions regarding man, his image, and the importance of humanism today. In conjunction with the above-mentioned question, several philosophical and social ideas, as well as problems regarding musical form and song, are put forward.
