Translation in Greek: George P. PloumbidesThis is the first Greek translation of a very important article, written by the prominent Russian musicologist for the Russian Musical Encyclopaedia. In this article Tsariova concentrates on problematic issues concerning the definition of
“musical style” and its relations with the other two important notions of musicology, genre and form. Thus, she contributes to the elucidation of this difficult topic.
